As a patient if you ask any doubt they won't answer while scaning and after, no helping natural, very weak customer service,this is my fourth visit for scaning and last visit,
Wait time was more and reports generation was also too late. I lost my whole day sttting at this center. Bad experience. I don't recommend to anyone.
Some time they misguide when v have took d appointment from doctor C . When v visit d hospital doctor will be not available . This is d second time im facing ths problem . We have a busy schedule in tat v believe doctor C n took a appointment if it happens I'm feeling very bad.
Between doctor C and the clinic they have to develop for billing part since who all customers will go thru doctor C they took very long time to make the bills and then they will provide to go inside for the blood test, ultra sound etc. For my opinion make the easy way apart from this, patient should not wait for long time only for billing. Apart from this everything is good..
It is so good to have an energetic staff who are on the toes to solve queries. I am very much pleased by the staff services. Keep it up.
