Doctor C payment link was not working despite multiple attempts and I could not get through to any customer care staff on your helplines. I kept getting recorded message that I would receive a call back. The Celera staff said I need to pay only through your link. So it resulted in a delay of 1.5 hours to pay and get my test done.

Absolutely right excellent work,satisfactory, good ,really appreciate able whr other diagonaist certres are charging more but my mri scan got in half price from others,thank u

They didn’t accept the payment which was shown in doctor C website ( which was pay at the Center )

I waited there for a long time since my appointed time slot was 5.00 PM for US and there is no scanning as per Arathi beyond 3.00 PM.
Dr. C liberally given the time slot.ad.5.00 PM and I had to wait upto 7.00 PM to avail the booked MRI scan.
Ladies are not helpful there and counter is meant as argument center. Very badly managed.
