When payment is made in advance we need to go straight into the lab for blood sample collection. The person in the reception could not process our bill as the credit from Doctor C to Aarthi lab was not reflecting and we had to wait for 15 minutes. Otherwise it was a smooth transition. Thanks and try to avoid such mistakes
