Contacted Santosh and got an immediate reply. He arranged home collection and sample collected on urgent basis. Thanks for support.

Worst ever lab, Don't go for it at all. I have personally struggled to get the results. Thy are not uploading the report onto ICMR which means you won't get BU number. They charge you like anything.9901061216

I am a covid patient. They have taken samples and charged the full amount. After making 20 calls to customer care,they are still not providing the reports. They are a big lier,thief. In this situation also ,they are looting the people. Wish they go to hell. My contact no is 8050396104

Worst service ever took sample on Friday 16th April till now no response. The person who took sample doesn't even answer. When u call Aster call centre keeps waiting for 10 or 15 mins & gets disconnected. They are least bothered about it

Very poor or NIL response. Trying to get in touch with customer care in all possible ways but in vain. After taking samples, reports are not provided as per the time frame given.
