TODAY06/10/2024 VISITED THIS LAB FOR ULTRA SOUND IN BETWEEN 9.50 TO 10.00AM & YOU MAY SEE IN YOUR CC TV ALSO. THE BEHAVIOR OF THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY VERY RUDE, IN THE PRISCRIPTION THE DOCTORS KMC REGISTRATION NUMBER IS THERE. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST DIDN'T SAW & ORGUED I NEED KMC REGISTRATION NUMBER,OTHERWISE ULTRASOUND IS NOT POSSIBLE. WE CONTACTED THE DOCTOR BY PHONE & GOT THE KMC NUMBER WHICH WAS ALLREADY IN THE PRISCRIPTION. THE RECEPTIONIST HAD TO SEE PROPERLY,BUT THE THING IS ONLY ORGUING. ACTUALLY I DON'T KNOW THE NAME OF THE RECEPTIONIST, IN CC.T.C YOU CAN SEE.

YESTERDAY NIGHT I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER, [07550177777] & GOT THE B'LORE JAYANAGAR BRANCH NUMBER 8190000351 WHICH WAS NOT IN SERVICE [ THIS NUMBER DOESN'T EXISTS, PLS CHECK THE NUMBER IN TAMIL) & FINALLY I GOT LANDLINE NUMBER 080 49217720 & SPOKEN WITH THEM AROUND 07.55AM & AFTERTHAT THE NUMBER IS BUSY, REGARDING THIS I COMPLAINTED WITH THE SAME RECEPTIONIST, BUT NO PROPER ANSWER FROM HER& ALSO I TRIED THE SAME NUMBER IN FRONT OF HER & THE PHONE TONE WAS BUSY.
I THINK THEY HAVE LIFTED THE RECEIVER OF THE LANDLINE.
TOTTALLY WORST EXPERIENCE, DECIDED TO NOT TO VISIT THIS LAB.THIS IS 1ST & LAST VISIT.
