It was indeed a horrible experience. I had pre-booked a preventive health check-up at Clumax Indiranagar for 11 AM. However, upon arriving at the diagnostic center, I was told that the TMT test could only be done between 7 PM and 9 PM, so I would need to return later. They then asked me to undergo other tests, but all except the PFT were completed. After waiting for almost an hour, I was informed that their system had a failure and the PFT instrument needed repairs. Overall, the place appears extremely outdated. The equipment and the technicians seem unprofessional and in need of further training. I would suggest avoiding Clumax Indiranagar in favor of other places

They lost the samples, took samples again. No blood test report for days. Avoid this place at any cost. Patients will go in life threatening situation,

Sucks doesn’t follow timing precisely. Need to learn time management from Anand and other diagnostic centres. Staff need to learn courtesy while conversing with patients. I would never recommend this, we came with recommendation from Dr Naeem Sadiq. No proper facilities available like car parking, etc. Overall not a good place to get diagnosis done.

Your Customer Care Executive (Bengaluru) able speak multiple languages... (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English) But, NOT KANNADA, Very Sad.
