I visited Indranagar Lotus Diagnostics, lab staffs and receptionists are well behaved, while another lady whom I later got to know as MD, was rude and spoke so loudly. I am 9th month into pregnancy and gone their for my blood test, wanted to enquire about the reports however she intervened and shouted at me for rushing for the reports. She didn't wait until I finish my enquiry, instead started yelling. I was perturbed and couldn't react took a while to recover from all that yelling.

My name is Amaravathi , just now I called to indiranagar branch reg some information the way the lady spoke rashly , it is lab teach staff to talk politely and once visited the lab also the reception girls in the counter will laugh like some thing as looked wierd as looking aged people this happened personally I thought for the aged person they will do like this but in phone also their way of talking is not polite
