Worst experience. Booked home visit appointment, but no show. Unsupportive staff, doesn't turnup on time and no further communication . Glad that I didn't pay up while booking appointment, else I don't know if I would ever get my money back. They are big only in advertising, don't fall prey

I even don't want to give the star, worst ever. Just promoting things but there is nothing they are providing. Booked an appointment, he told he is coming, but he didn't turn up and he is not answering the call. Worst staff to no response. Waste of time. Please avoid this in Vijayawada.

Dear Dr. C Labs, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the accuracy of the lab reports I recently received. After cross-checking the results with another international standards lab, I found significant discrepancies. Additionally, I had blood tests conducted with only a one-day gap between samples, which further confirmed that your reports were inaccurate. I also want to highlight that offering multiple tests at low prices should not compromise the quality and accuracy of the results. Misleading people with such offers can have serious consequences, especially when it comes to health. Please clarify the procedures followed for these tests and provide supporting documentation to validate the results. I expect a timely resolution to ensure accuracy in future reports and ask that you refrain from issuing reports without proper testing. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
