1. Open COWIN Website

Navigate to https://www.cowin.gov.in/

2. Click on Register / Sign In button

Click on the button labelled "Register / Sign In"

3. Enter your Mobile Number

1. Enter your Mobile Number on the page

2. Click on the button labelled "Get OTP"

4. Click on Verify & Proceed button

1. Enter the 6-digit OTP which has been sent to your mobile number

2. Click on the button labelled "Verify & Proceed"

5. Click on the Raise an Issue button

7. Click on the SUBMIT REQUEST button

1. Select the Member from the list

2. Select your Date Of Birth

3. Enter your passport number in the “Enter Passport Number” section.

4. Tick the box that says “I declare that this passport belongs to the beneficiary. The name of the passport holder is the same as mentioned on the vaccine certificate.”

5. Before confirming the passport details, ensure that the given passport number is absolutely correct.

6. Click on the button labelled "SUBMIT REQUEST".

1. You can view this confirmation page on the screen

2. You will receive a confirmation message to your registered mobile as "Dear S, Your request for correction of vaccination digital certificate has been updated successfully. Kindly download from registered account. -CoWIN"

3. Go back to the Account Details and click on the button labelled "International Travel Certificate".

4. You will be able to download your new vaccine certificate linked to your passport.
