How to book an appointment for lab visit in Call Health (with Pictures)

Navigate to https://www.callhealth.com/

Click on the button labelled "Login/Sign up"

Click on the button labelled "Not registered? Do a Quick signup" to register

1. Enter your Email Id

2. Click on the button labelled "Submit"

1. Enter your phone number

2. Click on the button labelled "Submit"

1. Choose the Password of your own

2. Click on the button labelled "Submit"

1. Retype the Password you choose

2. Click on the button labelled "Register"

Click on the button labelled "Book Radiology/Imaging Test"

Search for the test using the search box

Click on the button labelled "Select this test"

Click on the button labelled "No, Proceed to cart"

1. Click on "Add Member" if you want to book a test for some other person

2. Click on button labelled "Self"

Click on the button labelled "Select "

1. Select the lab from the list shown

2. Click on the button labelled "Select"

Select the Preferred Date & Time

Click on the button labelled "Proceed to pay"

1. Select the Payment mode from the list

2. Enter the card details and do the Payment

You will see the above confirmation page and the Call Health team will get back to you
