2. After searching the test click on the button labelled "BOOK TEST"

1. Click on the button labelled "LAB VISIT"

2. Click on the button labelled "CHECKOUT"

1. Select the Saturation

2. Enter your Name

3. Enter your Mobile Number

4. Enter your Email Id

5. Select your Date Of Birth

6. Enter your Age

7. Select your Appointment Date & Time

8. Enter your Address

9. Enter your Street

10. Enter your area Pin code

11. Click on the button labelled "BOOK"

1. Enter the OTP which has been sent to your registered mobile number

2. Click on the button labelled "SUBMIT OTP"

1. Enter your New Password

2. Reenter your Password

3. Click on the button labelled "SUBMIT"

You will see the above page and the Sumati Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd team will get back to you
