2. Click on Book Now

Scroll down the home page a bit to see the button labelled "Book Now" under Book your Covid- 19 RTPCR test online.

3. Enter the details

a. Enter the patient details in Covid Home Sample Collection Request Form

b. Enter Aaadhar/ Passport details.

c. Attach a copy of Aadhar/ Passport document

4. Make payment

a. Click on "MAKE PAYMENT" online

b. once the payment is done you can receive a confirmation SMS and an email on registered mobile number and the provided mail ID.
