Navigate to https://www.lalpathlabs.com/

2. Click on the Download Report button

Click on the button labelled "Download Report"

3. Enter the Lab/Visit ID and Password

1. Enter the Lab/Visit ID and Password on the page

2. Your Lab/Visit ID will be on your payment receipt

3. Password will be your Last name ( e.g. for MOHAN KUMAR SHARMA, Password is SHARMA )

4. Click on SUBMIT

1. Select the Captcha ( I'm not a robot)

2. Click on the button labelled "SUBMIT"

5. Click on Download
