2. Click on Get your Reports

Click on the button labelled "Get your Reports"

3. Enter your Laboratory Username and Password

1. Enter your Laboratory Username and Password on the page

2. Your Laboratory Username and Password will be on your payment receipt

4. Click on LOGIN

2. You can view the list of test reports

3. Select the test and download the report
