Please enable online lab reports. It is very difficult to collect the reports travelling all the way back after an hour or two. We went there following day, and the staff couldn't give the report and asked us to come back again!!

Your operators need to know the types of tests better.

As of now nothing..., in-fact this is very helpful to poor and below poverty people's. Hospital's don't extend such discounted rate..., everything commercial right from consultation to admission to tests dialysis.  Doctor-C is doing fantastic job & this should spread like tip of the tongue publicity everywhere across pan India. Then only it will be treated as socially responsible under CSR activity.
