I got concession from u I was there in diagnostic on appointment time But They made me wait for Two hours. This is not at all acceptable Because i am a covid patient
It would be helpful if there was a online report service so that it would be helpful especially in this kind of situation, front desk people they do not answer properly, do not give any information properly, even if asked anything they literally ignored it as if i was invisible.

Just one staff was working..it was difficult for him to manage on his own.. especially when ppl love to come in the morning,thet definitely needed more than one staff.
Taking samples person was not changing the glouse, they were using same glouse for all other person to take samples.

There was no help from the diagnostic centre when my patient fainted waiting for his chance.
I was informed by Doctor C, that this is a NABL certified lab. But I did not find it on any report or CT scan. Was it a scam.???
They said report will be given after 36 hrs, but still not received....pls look in to this...

I've problem with Doctor C only. Still reports were not uploaded on the portal or app. I've requested call back but not received any call.
If online payment is not accepted, should be informed before.thats the only problem we have faced, except that every thing was ok.
