I got concession from u I was there in diagnostic on appointment time But They made me wait for Two hours. This is not at all acceptable Because i am a covid patient
It would be helpful if there was a online report service so that it would be helpful especially in this kind of situation, front desk people they do not answer properly, do not give any information properly, even if asked anything they literally ignored it as if i was invisible.

The cost you said is varying from the one which they gave..a total of 400 to 500 difference. Please try to avoid that mistake because we carried the card not cash or else we have to return home because of scarcity of money. We did not get reports online still. Please do give correct information since I am fasting I was told that I ll get details online so I preferred likhitha diagnosis...or elsee I would have preferred Vijaya diagnosis where we were given every detail online offline very clearly without any issue. No social distancing properly.
Billing is done late
There is token system in Likita diagnostics. So when I go there first thing in the morning (9:30am) I thought I could go in first. But I was given token 8. Had to wait for almost 2 hrs. So taking an appointment with Dr C defeats the purpose. Of course I thank u for the discount. The process can be better where Dr C appointments can also have a token so I know when I can be called for the test.
Front desk is unresponsive
I had taken appointment for IL 6 and DDimer....i paid in advance also....after goingvto Lucid...they say it will take 36 hrs to get IL report....why is it not told at booking time? Being unwell..i had to deal with matter.since no choice..i took tests and came...
Doctor C should integrate the reports from third party like Lucid instead of patient picking them up. We are not so keen about discount we get thru doctor C but interested in reports etc available on your site.
