Front desk persons are not professional and uneducated person , even they don't know any test and  subject minimum knowledge abt the diagnostic. Last time after the test I got another person report and started medication for this also I kept a mail for that also no response . It effects on whoe organization. Mail id sidhiraj.p@gmail.com

They do not follow appointment times, no use of taking appointment on doctor c. On arrival at the center they asked for 2 hours waiting period. After arguing they have reduced it to one hour waiting period. They had called in the morning to confirm appointment and arrival time, after confirmation they still ask for waiting period. I am 8 months pregnant.

Pl clarify whatever test is required from the patient/caller for example , I required /requested NCCT face-axial,sagital, coronal, 3D recon but your order placed NCCT PNS- axial,sagital,coronal. Face,3D recon not mentioned. However appointment and test is done in the time. That's why givien rating above good below excellent.

Lucid is very good, but doctor c is giving miss communication to in between  client and diagnostic centre. Without knowing about availability of test booking appointments.. it's very bad experience I have faced today.

I am unable to access my reports. It says payment is pending. I have already paid Dr. C in full!

It would be better that reports are available online or sent to whatsapp in view of covid pandemic.when we asked for online reports they said its not possible as we booked appointment through Doctor c which is a third party.Hence,if you could do this online report viewing available that would be good
