The staff do not communicate properly reg the time for tests,report when it will be given,take too much time to give reports or films
Lucid is very good, but doctor c is giving miss communication to in between client and diagnostic centre. Without knowing about availability of test booking appointments.. it's very bad experience I have faced today.
I am unable to access my reports. It says payment is pending. I have already paid Dr. C in full!
It would be better that reports are available online or sent to whatsapp in view of covid pandemic.when we asked for online reports they said its not possible as we booked appointment through Doctor c which is a third party.Hence,if you could do this online report viewing available that would be good

Jay shree/shravani doc c executive were very helpful in understanding the requirement and helping me in getting the required test appointment. Last night the person who initially confirmed the wrong test and just wanted to close the sale, not bothered to understand what i am saying even after giving the info abt requirement
