A lady employee started going home without telling me anything as her work time was over, I asked where do I have to do the covide test? So she replied, "Go to the ground floor. You don't see them taking care of sick people. There is a lot of negligence among the staff."
Its better if doctorC has provide the reports also. If the person not able to go the test center its difficult to collect the report.
Its very bad especially people in the reception is taking too much time for one registration. Q is increasing but still they are not working properly. I don’t recommend this lab
Reports are to be sent by mail to who ever given the mail ID but it’s not happening Staff should guide the patients because the payment for tests is collecting in first floor after that they should tell the patient or the attendant where the test will be conducted The lady staff are saturated after 5pm and proper care or shift timings to be modified.

Maintain separate counter for those who paid online. Making those who paid online waiting in line doesn't make any sense.

It would be better that reports are available online or sent to whatsapp in view of covid pandemic.when we asked for online reports they said its not possible as we booked appointment through Doctor c which is a third party.Hence,if you could do this online report viewing available that would be good

You guys seem to be way too understaffed. And, the staff are slow in processing. The staff attending phone calls are better. Also, you should have a provision for digital reports.

If First in first sever of customer would have been followed that would be great. We went in first but we were sent in after 3-4 customers.

Their is no coordination between Do ctor C and Tesla. Due to that patients suffer. They have to come again in immoveble condition.
