They must be updated with test charges. Even though place is far from my resident Because of less price I went there... Doctor rejected report also as Dr. Didn't give detail information...

Reception/ Guidance/ Attending patient is very good.
Our appointment was fixed at 2pm by Dr C, it's 3:29pm and we're still waiting at Lucid.
Good service, but rates are cost. Compare to others centres
Here more waiting time it's took almost 1 hr
The staff at Lucid informed us collect the reports in the evening, but they failed providing the same. Asked us to come at 10pm in the night to collect the same. Also I didn't receive any payment receipt from lucid or doctor C, even I sent an email to doctor C, still I didn't receive any payment receipt. This is bad experience with doctor C
For reports they are taking more time , overall good.

Discount and followup was good, but it will be great if they check with the Lucid Diagnostic center if everything is working condition and can they send there patient for test. I had bad experience on 20th Jun 19 after taking appointment when we went for CT scan Lucid Diagnostic center Karkhana Hyderabad says there machine is under service still they help us to take to other branch. Thanks to Lucid.
All are new they are not properly train
When we book through Doctor C, they have to consult the diagnostics and guide us , we have to undergo the tests with or without eating the food.
Discount not given due to system slow.
