If the help desk help the patient when ask phone number or any information. They should give us and write us on paper apart from telling check on the board.

We have asked female doctor for the scanning but when we reached there they said no female doctors available for the day !! That was very disgusting

Slot given to custahould maintain also time. Looked for female technicians ended up male technician. Indeed. Not happy.
