Very polite and friendly atmosphere , radiologist is available there and they are providing the opportunity to meet radiologist and discuss regarding any doubts. Overall excellent services.
Very bad in handling the patients . Tests are started late and delaying the process. Reasons explained are ... "Madam came late", "technician having breakfast", etc..... Forget about AC, there are not even fans in waiting longue. Patients are sweating..... Please do not suggest the same lab (any other unit of Lucid) for me...
Staff was polite and nice but i think so the staff who was in a reception he only collected the simple. He is clinical staff or no? Other then that everything was nice

During Covid, in the lab there was no socail distance, no santizer at gate. People were next to each other. There was so much carelessness from hospital. If medical team is not take precautions what layman will think.
