There is a confusion on payment. Once the order number is given they automatically know the payment status as well. You may implemented in future.

My main concern is about no. Of messages and emails for 2 tests I received over a dozen messages. I think this is overkill and very annoying. Otherwise services are good and smooth. I also believe Call Health is giving better discounts
This guy does not lift once the test is done. He does not give good information about the delivery of the reports. The Lucid people does not lift the phones.

Very late billing. They are suppose to Bill by 7pm. And staff came and billed 7.30. This is unnecessary waiting
