Very bad... appointment given at 12 pm but no doctor till 1 .30pm also and asked for lady doctor and informed to us it is lady doctor and here in lab they said there is no lady doctor at all only men doctor. No value for our time and no Proper care during this COVID-19 time.

Everything is good.. but it would be better for everyone if we get call from diagnostics center and explain everything that should we have food or nt or drink excess water..what type of tests will be conducted ..so that we can be prepa6..

Very bad this time. First of all, they are least bothered after billing. They suppose to coordinate with the patient and guide accordingly. We were sitting like a fool for about 20 minutes then still no one approach. Finally, when i ask them how long do i have to wait for CT Scan. At that time they told us to go left then right. We proceed. Actually i bring an international patient for CT Scan. After some time, the patient came outside without having his CT Scan. They advise us to go to their other branch in Chanda Nagar. We have to go again today. I work in HEGDE HOSPITAL as an International Operations Manager. This is my 4 th patient since i recognised Doctor C.
