As per Doctor c, the Covid test result will be available in less than 24 hours. But, Aarthi scans & labs informing that the report will be available only after 48 hours.  I requested them for early report but no use.

There was no help from the diagnostic centre when my patient fainted waiting for his chance.

I was informed by  Doctor C, that this is a NABL certified lab. But I did not find it on any report or CT scan. Was it a scam.???

Please try to Make available e-reports. So we can download it

I've problem with Doctor C only. Still reports were not uploaded on the portal or app.  I've requested call back but not received any call.

Doctor C should integrate the reports from third party like Lucid instead of patient picking them up. We are not so keen about discount we get thru doctor C but interested in reports etc available on your site.

I got concession from u I was there in diagnostic on appointment time But They made me wait for Two hours. This is not at all acceptable Because i am a covid patient

It would be helpful if there was a online report service so that it would be helpful especially in this kind of situation, front desk people they do not answer properly,  do not give any information properly, even if asked anything they literally ignored it as if i was invisible.

There is token system in Likita diagnostics. So when I go there first thing in the morning (9:30am) I thought I could go in first. But I was given token 8.  Had to wait for almost 2 hrs. So taking an appointment with Dr C defeats the purpose. Of course I thank u for the discount. The process can be better where Dr C appointments can also have a token so I know when I can be called for the test.

Don't every time change one time reports getting from pathcare which include blood group test and other time thyrocare which don't have blood group test so I was booked for 6 people all asking for them blood group came for me it's not came

Booked an appointment through doctorC at Tesla, however the report is not available on your website and there is no login created on Tesla Diagnostics so there is no way to see the report online. Very disappointed!
