During Covid, in the lab there was no socail distance, no santizer at gate. People were next to each other. There was so much carelessness from hospital. If medical team is not take precautions what layman will think.

Very bad the xray done was team not clearly and even dr mentioned it on report and then again I visit this center then they are saying that we donT have proper machines contact to dr ç for refund , again I have contacted to dr c but no response form your end...this is really bad and after doing the payment I feel cheated. I'm giving low rating becoz I opted for female doctor but when I went there they told that they don't have any female doctors only. Plz mention clearly whether these centres have female doctors or not. There is no point in giving options when there is only male doctor.

It took more than required waiting time. Being pregnant and waiting for so long is not appreciated. Please make arrangements for pregnant ladies atleast to make things move faster.

Gynaecologist should have more empathy towards patients.

They kept me waiting for no apparent reason at the counter on arrival. After waiting for sometime again approached them when they attended. It took 3 hours for getting the tests completed. Normally reports are handed by hand. This time they asked to come at 6 PM for the reports. Not a pleasant experience.

misleading people booked through doctor C it clearly says my appointment is at kompally but that location is only for blood collection all other test will be done at different location which is far from my residence.thats totally leading am not happy with lucid service talked to zone manager guess name anil was very rude totally not professional 9704184042 my mobile #

Very bad in handling the patients . Tests are started late and delaying the process. Reasons explained are ... "Madam came late", "technician having breakfast", etc..... Forget about AC, there are not even fans in waiting longue. Patients are sweating..... Please do not suggest the same lab (any other unit of Lucid) for me...
