Better to receive phone calls
The time slot booked via app is not considered and we had to book appointment again after visiting the lab.
Crowd was huge at the center .80 years old lady waiting for 3 hrs for ultra sound is quite not acceptanle .It would be good if they follow prior appointment culture for the customers who comes from DoctorC
Toomuch crowded billing counters. Need sanitization frequently and require tissue paper roll or a polythene sheet to be replaced to each patient after tests on the test bench of machine./equipment. So that transfor of deceases can be controlled. Also technicians need full body gear to be safe from viruses from patients .
They are not yet all interested
Their is no coordination between Do ctor C and Tesla. Due to that patients suffer. They have to come again in immoveble condition.
I have booked a slot through DRC, but i was not tested according to the slot. They kept me waiting

I am unable to access my reports. It says payment is pending. I have already paid Dr. C in full!
It would be better that reports are available online or sent to whatsapp in view of covid pandemic.when we asked for online reports they said its not possible as we booked appointment through Doctor c which is a third party.Hence,if you could do this online report viewing available that would be good

You guys seem to be way too understaffed. And, the staff are slow in processing. The staff attending phone calls are better. Also, you should have a provision for digital reports.

Nothing special. Waiting hall is somewhat small in size. Otherwise everything is perfect
