No separate operator to conduct X - ray. Had to wait for one hour for 2 minute work.
Appointment time should be told to customer promptly to avoid inconvenience.
I went there by 3 o clock as per our discussion for TIFFA SCAN. Doctor is in hospital but not handling any patients. We have waited 80 mnts to meet doctor. After I waited for report for 50 mnts. They hand over reports by 5:30. Totally I spent 2:30 hours for one scanning. This is really pain full to me and also my wife she is a pregnant lady. Finally I argued with them. Not at all satisfied with your service.
Additional rebate should be given at the time of making payments. It appears that customers are forced to make online payment, some happenings with online payments discourage people. Atlest the outstanging points should have been granted. I already have over 400points as on date.

Thank you for the service. Everything was good except the fact that i have not received a bill for the payment I have made for this test. Lucid told me that since this was booked and paid via Dr. C they would be sending the payment receipt which has not happened yet. Please look into sharing the payment receipt on email@example.com. Thanks.
Please check timings of doctor availability before booking the slot . Waited for half hour after appointment time
