I am unable to access my reports. It says payment is pending. I have already paid Dr. C in full!
It would be better that reports are available online or sent to whatsapp in view of covid pandemic.when we asked for online reports they said its not possible as we booked appointment through Doctor c which is a third party.Hence,if you could do this online report viewing available that would be good

You guys seem to be way too understaffed. And, the staff are slow in processing. The staff attending phone calls are better. Also, you should have a provision for digital reports.
the Nurse was rude and unprofessional. Need training on basic customer Handling. Not expected that kind of behavior after paying such amount, yes government employees do, but did not expect from Lucid
