Lucid is very good, but doctor c is giving miss communication to in between client and diagnostic centre. Without knowing about availability of test booking appointments.. it's very bad experience I have faced today.
I am unable to access my reports. It says payment is pending. I have already paid Dr. C in full!
It would be better that reports are available online or sent to whatsapp in view of covid pandemic.when we asked for online reports they said its not possible as we booked appointment through Doctor c which is a third party.Hence,if you could do this online report viewing available that would be good
Staff not helpful...and late processing
There is no proper line and queue is heavy because patients are coming and directly stepping in were as previously waiting patients are being back so need to maintain queue according to appointment and billing to avoid fights and rush

Sir, one small suggestion.. I had contacted doctor-c for test on behalf of my friend, they had got it done N went home fine, but I was constantly getting calls for my friend's cell number , which I was not knowing, I wanted to go in the contact list but I was in the meeting, I couldn't.. But my cell was constantly ringing, I had to put my cell in aeroplane mode.. This u can avoid is it not. U had my number, I failed to understand why they need patient cell number otherwise.. This aspect U should take care off..
