Partner Sales & Operation
Location: Hyderabad, India
We're looking to hire a driven and motivated person to work directly with the COO as we grow our business. We're a fast growing startup and need someone to match that pace of growth.

During covid we're all working from home. Post that you need to move to Hyderabad, and travel around the country for partnerships. This job requires travel to all our cities, though not very frequently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage some of DoctorC’s key lab partner relationships, be the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Do quarterly check ins with partners and take them through their revenue growth metrics
  • Ensure smooth operations by solving all processes and other issues
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues with partners
  • Find the relevant labs to sign up in all geographics, set up meetings with the right POC
  • Onboard new lab partners to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Great relationship building skills
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Cultural fit, smart, and driven to grow
  • Prefer candidates with previous work experiences in enterprise sales
