Tele Sales Executives
Location: Hyderabad, India
As a customer advisor (tele-sales) at DoctorC, you will be in charge of guiding customers find the right diagnostic center/hospital for them.
- Advise present and prospective customers by answering calls - both incoming and outgoing leads.
- To give relevant product and healthcare information to customers on call.
- Influence customers to buy through us at our partner centers.
- Document calls on our sales tracking system.
- Work in coordination with team to achieve quality of service and sales goals.
- We will provide training for all the above. Healthcare knowledge is not a requirement.
We have two shifts: 8:00 am - 4 pm and 2 pm - 9 pm. 6 days a week.
- Previous experience preferred
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi
- Persuasion skills

- High energy level
Salary: 2.16 lakh
