Tele Sales Executives
Location: Hyderabad, India
As a customer advisor (tele-sales) at DoctorC, you will be in charge of guiding customers find the right diagnostic center/hospital for them.
Responsibilities:
  • Advise present and prospective customers by answering calls - both incoming and outgoing leads.
  • To give relevant product and healthcare information to customers on call.
  • Influence customers to buy through us at our partner centers.
  • Document calls on our sales tracking system.
  • Work in coordination with team to achieve quality of service and sales goals.
  • We will provide training for all the above. Healthcare knowledge is not a requirement.
We have two shifts: 8:00 am - 4 pm and 2 pm - 9 pm. 6 days a week.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi
  • Persuasion skills

  • High energy level
  • Persistence
Salary: 2.16 - 2.4 lakh
